Aaron has spent the past 25 years working in the non-profit, philanthropic, and startup spaces. His diverse roles have seen him guide everything from a complete organizational overhaul to major marketing campaigns, from book development projects to major arena events. Much of that time was spent in New York City where he aided in revitalization efforts post 9/11. Aaron served as vice president at the North American Mission Board, where he provided critical leadership and strategic guidance during a transformative season in the organization’s history. Following his tenure at NAMB, Aaron spent more than five years as a key strategist for Louie Giglio and Passion City Church in Atlanta. In 2015, Aaron founded Future City Now to help visionary leaders maximize their influence in the world. Since then, FCN has partnered with executives, professional athletes, motivational speakers, authors, and other public figures to help bring their vision for impact to life.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Aaron also has a Ph.D. in Applied Theology and is an assistant professor at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Aaron lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife Carmen and their four children.
Anne has spent her career working with athletes and celebrities, helping them maximize their influence to do good in the world. Anne worked at ESPN for over 10 years and was most notably a part of the team that brought the SEC Network to life. Following her time at ESPN, Anne spent nearly five years serving as chief of staff to Tim Tebow. Anne served as Tebow’s gatekeeper and the outward facing representative for the brand while implementing marketing and publicity campaigns for TV shows, movie premieres, and two New York Times bestsellers. Anne also provided tremendous lift to the Tim Tebow Foundation, assisting with the strategic planning and the execution of Night to Shine, the Annual Tim Tebow Celebrity Gala and Golf Classic, W15H experiences (similar to the work of the Make-a-Wish Foundation), and intimate donor gatherings and retreats. Anne maintains the highest level of professional ethics and brings a tireless drive to all projects. Anne lives in Holland, MI, with her husband Aaron.
Katye serves as executive assistant to Aaron Coe. Katye believes the greatest gift she can give someone is time. She is passionate about creating lift for the FCN team. Katye earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix with a focus on accounting. Katye joined the FCN team after spending nearly 5 years serving as Bob Tebow’s assistant at the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association.Katye managed all administrative and accounting responsibilities for BTEA. On an annual basis, Katye planned 10 weeks of mission trips, often with missionaries traveling from multiple countries. Katye coordinated all international travel and logistics, managing fundraising and gospel training for teams of over 100 missionaries. Katye lives in St. Augustine, FL, with her husband and their two children.
Leigh is a strategic leader driven by a passion for aiding others in translating visions into reality. Her professional journey has been predominantly intertwined with non-profit endeavors, focusing on marketing, event production, creative innovation, and program development. A significant chapter of Leigh's career was the six-year dedication she poured into BraveLove —an impactful pro-adoption media campaign. During this time, she crafted content and curated experiences to amplify awareness and empower pregnancy service providers with modern resources for educating women about adoption as a viable choice. From there, Leigh joined forces with Chris and Lauren Tomlin’s Angel Armies Foundation, now recognized as For Others where she played an instrumental part in establishing a nationwide organization focused on serving children in foster care. Additionally, Leigh has collaborated with organizations including International Justice Mission, Compassion International, HCA Healthcare, Passion City Church, and Back on My Feet. Anchored in Nashville, TN, Leigh continues to make a positive impact through her unwavering dedication to meaningful causes.
Lauren has a passion for bringing ideas to life through problem-solving, planning, and creativity. She graduated from Auburn University, where she served as the Logistics and Intern Coordinator at Auburn Community Church. During her time there, she led the Leadership Development program and assisted the executive team in planning weekly gatherings and a variety of special events. With an extensive background in the touring and large-scale events space, she developed a passion for helping others use their platform for a greater purpose. In her role at Future City over the last few years, she has applied her dynamic skillset to help our clients move their ideas forward and increase their impact. Lauren lives in Nashville, TN, with her husband, Jack.
Kim brings eight years of experience in creative services. Before joining FCN, Kim excelled as a Content Developer at the Tim Tebow Foundation. Her diverse roles included being the organization's lead video producer, marketing copywriter, creative director for fundraising campaigns, and frequent ghostwriter for Tim Tebow. Additionally, Kim played a crucial role in organizing the foundation's annual Golf Classic, their flagship fundraising event. Prior to her tenure at TTF, Kim honed her skills as a video producer for The Church of Eleven22, a prominent multi-site megachurch in Northeast Florida. She is deeply passionate about utilizing her creative talents to achieve various objectives and contribute to meaningful causes. Kim lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband, Stephen.
